The Ronald McDonald Family Room was very appreciated by my family while our daughter was admitted to CHEO for 11 days. She was only 6 days old when she was admitted, so as a family we were not only trying to adjust to life as new parents but also dealing with her medical concerns. The Family Room allowed us to be able to maximize time with her by allowing us to eat close by and shower. We could not have imagined needing the Ronald McDonald Family Room before she was born but were so thankful the service was available to us.
