My twin sons would have been 3 years old this weekend. They were born at a little over 23 weeks gestation on March 18 and 19, 2003. My husband and I live in Thunder Bay, so Ronald McDonald House became our home until both our little boys, Joshua and Jonah passed away. We stayed at Ronald McDonald for a little over a month so we could be close to the hospitals. Thank you for everything...the support and kindness of the staff and other families made a very difficult time a little easier. We are very thankful for Ronald McDonald House.

This house is definatly built with love inside and out! My daughter and i are staying here now and the staff is amazing and the house couldn't feel more like a home away from home! Thank you so much for this house

My 4 year old granddaughter was recently diagnosed with leukemia-ALL-staying at Ronald Macdonald house-helped us all tremendously-it was the next best thing to be away from home-I would love to thank the volunteers that would come in and cook meals-I remembering smelling the home cooking on my way back to the hospital and wishing that someone would cook for me-and I was pleasantly surprised when i came into the kitchen to learn that volunteers had cooked our dinner-that was so gratefully appreciated. Keep up the great work Appreciatively Cathy

I stumbled upon your site and felt I should leave something behind. for a few years, my best friend, Cory Maestrello, stayed with you while he was receiving treatment. Every single time I spoke with him he had nothing but the best things to say about Ronald McDonald House. I know these things to be true because I visited him in November of 2002. You provide an extremely needed service, and I would like to show my greatest appreciation for your entire staff. Thank you so much for what you did for my friend.

I have been privledged to be a part of the Grace Church dinners that are provided to the House in Ottawa since 1999. And now I am also happy to say that I am the a winner in your playhouse raffle. We always buy tickets never thinking that we would ever in a million years win but we did! Thanks so much my kids are thrilled.!!!

I have been staying at the Ronald Mcdonald house for almost 4 months now and I do not know what I would have done without this place. I had twins at 26 weeks gestation and had it not been for Ronald McDonald house I would not have been able to stay close to them as I live 3 hours away from here. Please given generously, you have no idea the kind of impact it will make!!!! Thank you to Trina and Cheryl for all their hard work at the RM house!!
